A model of the Valles Marineris was revealed at the observatory in Hradec Králové on April 22nd 2006. Its scale is 1 : 910 000 (i.e., 1 cm on the model corresponds approximately to 10 km in reality; the depth of the valleys is five times bigger). Detailed information was published in the Povetron 3/2006 magazine (in Czech).
